How do I book an appointment?

 

An appointment can be made by contacting the clinic via phone or email.


The efficient office administration team will assist in what patients need to provide before the first appointment.


How do I get there?


The clinic is located adjacent to National Tiles for ease of recognition. Once at the premises, there is parking at the front of the clinic as well as the side of the building.


What are the fees?


You will not be required to pay if you have an active claim as this will be covered by the insurer or your employer.


Private patients are required to pay on the day. Those with disputed claims can refer their questions regarding payment to the administration staff.


Please contact the clinic for costs relating to pre-employment medicals and musculoskeletal assessments.

What do I bring to my appointment?

 

Please bring all information relating to your injury including imaging, reports, referral letters and claim details if available.

 

What do I wear to my appointment?

 

For those attending their pre-employment medical appointment and active rehabilitation appointments, please dress in comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise. Please also bring a towel.

 

What is the duration of my appointment?

 

Duration of appointments vary based on complexity and requirements.

Holiday Season Opening Hours

 

Adelaide Injury Clinic will be open over the holidays except on public holidays.

 

Reduced hours from 22 to 29 December 8am to 4pm.

 

Normal hours resume from 2nd January 2024.
