The NP Exercise Physiology team journey started in 2016. Nick Penny, Director had worked for several years as a RTW consultant until he decided to make the switch trading RTW management and worksite assessments for treatment of clients in the Exercise Physiology space. This previous experience in the workplace injury space led NP Exercise Physiology to take on a more musculoskeletal and joint injury focus than most other Exercise Physiology clinics.

Since 2016 NP Exercise Physiology has continued to specialize in workplace injury and motor vehicle injuries. The growing team has a depth of experience in treating joint injury from the simple to the more complex pain presentations. Achieving client outcomes has been the main driving factor for the NP Exercise Physiology team. A high level of communication with clients, providers and case managers and the appreciation of working in a multi-disciplinary environment are likely a key factor in the group's client outcome successes from inception to today.
